  • This role is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives that support the organization’s growth and market positioning.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong program management capabilities, ensuring the effective execution of critical business strategies.
  • Job Responsibility Strategic Program Ownership: Take ownership of major strategic programs, such as partnerships in core technology areas (e.g., MCU and analog).
  • This includes defining program scope, objectives, and ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Business Strategy Execution: Drive critical market-specific strategic pillars (e.g., “must-win battles”).
  • This includes developing implementation plans, monitoring progress, and supporting the achievement of defined strategic outcomes.
  • Strategic Support: Provide focused strategic analysis and support to senior leadership for specific business functions or domains, contributing to planning and decision-making.
  • Standardization and Governance: Support and help drive standardization initiatives, particularly in emerging or currently unaddressed sectors such as the Industrial Internet of Things.
  • This includes contributing to frameworks and best practices.
  • Innovation Initiatives: Identify and support innovation projects in key future technologies, helping build a pipeline of new growth opportunities for the business.
  • Partnership Support: Support strategic collaboration initiatives and ensure alignment with key stakeholders in China, focusing on building strong working relationships and enabling effective cooperation.
  • Job Qualification Undergraduate and/or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement 8+ years of working experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, or a technology-focused role is highly preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, structure analysis, and derive data-driven insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, scenario modeling) and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create structured and impactful presentations) Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal), with the confidence to work in a global, multicultural environment More information about NXP in Greater China..
