NVM Engineer

Overview

• Complete understanding of NVM tests, code execution and test characterization data.
• Provide NVM support to product groups which will cover yield improvement, test time reduction, NVM failure investigation, low yield lot disposition, fab excursion and fab transfer.
• Fan out NVM knowledge to product groups before moving on to newer NVM technology node or next generation NVM technology (NPI).
• For NPI, evaluate or validate test infrastructure of next generation NVM technology to ensure infrastructure readiness per schedule.
• Generate and deliver on schedule all the NVM patterns for a new NPI product with embedded NVM.
• Resolve all NVM test related issues from first silicon until production intent silicon.
• Specific Knowledge or Skills - Master/Bachelor in Applied Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 1- 2 years' related experience in technology development or new product development or product engineering or quality & reliability engineering in the semiconductor industry would have advantage.
• A strong background in statistics with knowledge of solid-state device fundamentals is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of memory test techniques, micro-controller operation, or NVM would be an asset.
• Tester and/or Burn-In system knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Proven teamwork, problem solving and good communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of people.
