What You'll Do

  • · Promoting a safe & collaborative work environment that embodies teamwork · Troubleshooting and repairing all hardware and process failures across the CVD equipment fleet · Adhering to all standard work procedures and specifications · Demonstrating a root cause problem solving mentality and driving this culture with team members · Ensure/Audit compliance to all standard work documents · Collaborating with the engineering team and driving continuous improvement projects · Monitoring and controlling day-to-day activities; Safety, Quality, 5S, cost control, parts ordering · Ability to multitask and align to changing priorities to support fab needs · Participating in area meetings, cross-functional teams and supplier meetings as needed · Leading effective equipment passdowns to ensure smooth transitions between shifts Job Qualifications: One of the following requirements must be met in a technical field of study: Completion of a two year degree (Associates degree) Technical Certification from an accredited institution 2 of 4 years completed towards a Bachelors degree Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts non-technical degree and 2+ years area technical experience 5+ years of area technical experience Military Technical School and 3+ years of area technical experience *Previous leadership experience may qualify in lieu of degree #LI-DNI
