What You'll Do
- Technical Support & Consultation: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
- Assist customers in product selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Application Development & Integration: Collaborate with customers to integrate electronic components or systems into their applications.
- Develop reference designs, evaluation kits, and application notes.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product development teams.
- Training & Documentation: Create and deliver training materials for customers and internal teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and support resources.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D to align customer needs with product capabilities.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and feature prioritization.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of work experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or related field (Batch of 2025 or 2026) Strong programming skills with C & C++ coding language with projects done during Engineering.
- Strong understanding of analogy/digital electronics, embedded systems, and communication protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART) underpinned with project in engineering.
- Experience with tools like Altium , OrCAD , MATLAB , or LabVIEW is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Industrial IoT , AI/ML modelling, sensors, microcontrollers, or power electronics.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical sales.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., CE, RoHS, ISO). #LI-DNI
