Director, BU Planning

What You'll Do

• This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making activities and optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning processes.
• The Director will leverage their expertise in supply chain planning with their analytics to enhance performance, streamline processes, and support the overall strategic goals of the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain planning, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Experience delivering Advanced Planning and optimization solutions. • Strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain processes, systems, and best practices. • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, DAX, Power BI, Snowflake). • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to drive change, manage complex projects, and deliver results. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 160,200 - 240,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
• The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
