Senior Staff Manager for Procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline. 8+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, operations, or supplier management experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product development flows.
• Demonstrated analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Direct experience sourcing one or more of the following: Advanced packaging services OSAT services Semiconductor test equipment Semiconductor capital equipment Manufacturing services Familiarity with industry-leading suppliers with OSAT, ATE and laminate space Experience supporting AI accelerators, networking ASICs, custom silicon, cloud infrastructure products, or high-performance computing platforms.
• Understanding of semiconductor packaging and test development cycles from engineering qualification through high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience managing annual spend programs exceeding $50M.

• What We're Looking For Marvell is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Manager, Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives supporting advanced packaging, assembly and test, and semiconductor test equipment procurement for next-generation data center products.
• This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, managing supplier relationships, and securing critical technology and capacity requirements across the semiconductor packaging and test ecosystem.
• The position requires close engagement with OSAT partners, foundries, test engineering teams, operations organizations, and equipment suppliers to support new product introductions, production ramps, and long-term technology roadmaps.
• The ideal candidate combines strong semiconductor procurement expertise with working knowledge of advanced packaging technologies, outsourced assembly and test operations, semiconductor test methodologies, and capital equipment sourcing.
• This individual will be expected to influence key business decisions and drive measurable business impact through supplier management, cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply assurance initiatives.
• Expected Base Pay Range (USD) 140,620 - 210,000, $ per annum The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
