Learning & Development Specialist

Requirements

• Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development,, or related disciplines.
• Experience facilitating learning programs and managing training operations.
• Experience creating digital learning content, multimedia learning assets, or learning communications.
• Experience with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
