About This Role

• The Program Office team within the Intel Client Validation Eng organization provides program resource portfolio management and controls, covering Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Budget Management, Procurement support and more.
• The team is looking to hire a Tactical Planner Student.
• The Tactical Planner Student role is focused on driving cost saving, efficiency, process improvements and analysis, as well as budget control and managing of procurement process, working with external and internal vendors In this role the Tactical Planner Students will interact with stakeholders and management in multiple countries.
• Job Scope: Analysis, support system development, budget management, commits tracking and month close activities.
• Creation of purchasing requests, tracking approval and arrival of purchases / services work with internal and external vendors to ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and solve issues as they arise.
• Purchase Orders closure and Invoicing management.
