- Join Intel's Advanced Packaging Technology Development: Substrate and Wafer Assembly (APTDSWA) team as a Manufacturing Technician in Arizona.

- You'll be part of a mission-critical team responsible for developing and manufacturing the advanced packaging solutions that power tomorrow's technology, from smartphones and laptops to data centers and autonomous vehicles.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:18 PM) with alternating work weeks: Week 1: 3 days (Thursday-Saturday), Week 2: 4 days (Wednesday-Saturday) Key Responsibilities: Equipment Operations & Maintenance Conduct setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities and maintain system reliability Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage spare parts inventory to support continuous production Process Optimization & Quality Control Collect and evaluate operating data to make real-time adjustments for optimal efficiency and quality Execute experiments and implement equipment configuration changes in collaboration with Module Engineering teams Address and resolve non-standard events on the production line through systematic problem-solving approaches Training & Safety Leadership Manage buddy, trainer, and certifier programs within the team to develop technical expertise Update and maintain training manuals to ensure current procedures and best practices Actively participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities to maintain a compliant work environment As a successful candidate, you must possess Adaptability - Navigate tasks of varying complexity with flexibility and innovative thinking Strong Judgment - Balance independent decision-making with knowing when to seek guidance Leadership Mindset - Take initiative in training others and driving process improvements Collaborative Spirit - Work effectively across teams and support collective goals Continuous Learning - Embrace new technologies and methodologies with enthusiasm Safety Consciousness - Prioritize safe practices and contribute to a culture of workplace safety Problem-Solving Orientation - Approach challenges systematically and develop creative solutions Communication Excellence - Clearly convey technical information and provide constructive feedback Candidate must be willing to: Work a compressed work week schedule.
- Work in a clean room environment wearing bunny suits, hoods booties safety glasses and gloves.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. 5 times/day, spend the majority of time (more than 90 percent less break time) in a clean room environment working on tool sets, walking 2-4 miles a day, and/or standing for 9 hours.

Requirements
- BS STEM related OR Associate degree STEM related OR High School Diploma or GED and 1.5+ years related hands-on manufacturing experience including military experience Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months of prior experience in the following areas: Electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation repair and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology.
- ERT training and certification.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $51,710.00-85,340.00 USD (Hourly Role) The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
