- About the Job: We are looking for a highly motivated Static Timing Analysis (STA) Engineer to join our team.
- In this role, you will play a key part in supporting silicon development through advanced timing analysis, integration activities, and optimization processes.
- You will collaborate closely with design, validation, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful project execution and smooth product ramp-up.
- Optimize and converge design to meet and improve product-level parameters such as power, frequency, and area.
- Participate in the development and improvement of physical design methodologies and flow automation.
- Key Responsibilities Include the Following: Support Static Timing Analysis (STA) activities to ensure silicon meets performance requirements. (SIO - section integration owner) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Participate in discussions with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and improve deliverables Qualifications: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with STA tools (e.g., PrimeTime) and APR tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys) Strong interest in STA, silicon development, or integration processes.
- Basic understanding of timing concepts and digital design principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- High level of personal responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset and flexibility to work in evolving situations.
- Strong English skills are essential for daily communication and documentation.
