About This Role
- In this position you will participate in the development and validation of tools, flows, and collaterals related to standard cell library reliability - electromigration, thermal effects and voltage drop.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Workflow optimization Vendor engagement for tool requirements and development Foundry engagement for tool requirements Customer facing documentation Developer facing documentation Collateral generation Collateral validation across multiple usage scenarios Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 3+ years of professional work experience or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related academic field with 2+ years professional work experience.
- The candidate must possess an understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnect.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required with the ability to tailor the communication based on the audience.
Nice to Have
- Unix proficiency and basic software skills using command line languages (csh, bash, perl, python) are highly valued.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $122,440.00-232,190.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
