About This Role
- We are Risk and Controls team under Intel Foundry Finance.
- Our goal is to drive effective and efficient Risk and Controls program in the way that it can mitigate unexpected operational and legal compliance risks to protect APTM (Advanced Packaging Technology Manufacturing) business.
- Your job will include but not be limited to: 1.
- Execute Inventory Management responsibilities for all ATM (Assembly Test Manufacturing) and labs units inventory in Intel Products Vietnam and Warehouse inventory - train, monitor cycle count activities to reasonably assure site compliant with SOX404 requirements. 2.
- Lead the strategic risk management projects in driving the potential to segment our risk management processes and programs to align with Intel Strategy. 3.
- Lead and/or actively involve in VF (Virtual Factory) projects, benchmarking, acumen. 4.
- Be liaison between operations and ATM Central, ICC (Inventory Control Council) forum. 5.
- Be content expert for inventory practices on site and VF practices. 6.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders - Influence and negotiate control improvements with appropriate process owners or BU management. 7.
- Lead annual risk assessment and monitor risk profile of respective Finance Business Units to reasonably assure compliant with local law/ regulations, and with defined procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional Finance teams to improve control maturity and risk awareness. 8.
- Be a strong content expert of company policies to consult in risk and controls. 9.
- Support relevant internal/external audits, reviews, and governance reporting 10.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance control frameworks and risk management processes across sites where appropriate. 11.
- Involve in ad-hoc requirements of Finance Risk Management function.
Qualifications
- You should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional qualifications with minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
- Additional qualifications include: • Strong analytical, risk management and controls skill sets • Ability to ensure data accuracy, understand and apply materiality guidelines • Proactive and assertive, with strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate is expected to serve as a subject matter expert and trusted consultant to business partners, while influencing and/or driving inventory, cost, and control initiatives at both the site and VF levels. • Action orientation - to initiate and drive process improvement project • Willing to learn new things and challenge the status quo • Ability to influence without direct authority • Maintain professionalism • Previous experience with factory systems such as SAP, Workstream, and Audit control methodologies would be an added advantage • Prior experience or knowledge of cross functional and virtual factory environment or warehouse operations would be an added advantage. • Fluent English communication skills.
