About This Role

  • This Sales Operations Analyst role is responsible for leading cross-functional resolution of high visibility customer issues, managing strategic contract negotiations, and ensuring operational excellence across key Hyper-scaler accounts.
  • This role requires a highly assertive, proactive leader who can rapidly identify issues, mobilize the right resources, and drive discussions toward clear, aligned outcomes.
  • The ideal candidate has deep operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • As Sales Operations Analyst, you will lead operational execution for our largest Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
  • In this highly visible, customer-facing position, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, drive contract and pricing governance, and run the operational rhythms that enable predictable business performance.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer and field sales team escalations, navigating complex business scenarios, resolving critical issues, and aligning decisions with senior and executive management.
  • This role requires exceptional cross functional leadership, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to operate with clarity and influence in high pressure situations.
  • Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the primary owner for urgent, complex customer escalations, prioritizing issues across multiple accounts and competing priorities.
  • Quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and engage the appropriate subject matter experts and leaders to drive timely resolution.
  • Lead assertive, structured escalation discussions with internal leadership and customer executives to align actions and outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Sales management on negotiation strategy for supply positions, pricing conversations, and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Lead end-to-end contract strategy and execution, including Contract Approval Reporting Process (CARP) coordination across pricing, rebate structures, legal requirements, field alignment, and operational feasibility.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with Intel policies, financial guardrails, and risk mitigation frameworks.
  • Negotiate terms with customers in a strategic, structured manner aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure contracting supports long-term account strategy.
  • The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience to the position: Assertive & Proactive Leadership : Ability to identify issues early, mobilize the right resources, and drive structured problem-solving without waiting for direction.
  • Deep Business Acumen : Strong understanding of supply chain operations, customer account dynamics, contract mechanics, pricing strategies, and rebate frameworks.
  • Escalation Mastery : Skilled at managing high-pressure executive level escalations and maintaining clear direction in ambiguous or tense situations.
  • Strategic Negotiation : Experience crafting negotiation strategies, especially in partnership Operational Rigor : Ability to navigate and enforce compliance with corporate policies, financial rules, and legal frameworks.
  • Executive Communication : Confident presenting to senior leaders, distilling complex issues into simple narratives, and influencing decisions at all levels.

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field 4+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, business process design, or supply chain management.
  • Preferred Qualifications Ability to synthesize abstract complex information into clear messages to create impactful presentations.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and communication within sales or supply chain teams.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Regional/Customer Experience a Plus.
  • Broad understanding of Intel's Data Center business and its priorities.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $97,270.00-197,980.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
