  • Collaborating with diverse teams, including product engineering and module engineering, you will leverage big data analysis and advanced process techniques to identify solutions that meet Intel's technology roadmaps.

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct feasibility studies and design integrated process solutions to meet critical manufacturing requirements, including safety, quality, reliability, and output goals.
  • Plan and execute experiments to characterize processes throughout the development cycle and enhance product performance.
  • Identify and implement integrated process solutions to resolve issues in collaboration with product engineering and module engineering teams.
  • Develop and qualify new products and execute technology transfers to high-volume manufacturing.
  • Perform big data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and manufacturing tool challenges and propose databased corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with development and material suppliers to select and optimize materials and equipment that meet quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability standards.
  • Partner with innovators across departments to design processes and equipment aligned with Intel's technology roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of experience OR Master's degree in the mentioned fields with 4+ years' experience OR a PhD with 2+ years of experience in in semiconductor manufacturing including: Proficiency in process characterization, development, and improvement techniques.
  • Advanced data analysis skills for identifying process and tool-related issues.
  • Certification or training in semiconductor manufacturing tools and technologies.
  • Proven experience in Lithography and implementation of Patterning.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including lithography and metrology.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and design of experiment software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.

  • Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,800.00-255,200.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
