• Key Responsibilities - Define roadmaps to meet requirements, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfers. - Establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules. - Analyze structured and unstructured data, applying statistical methods and machine learning techniques using tools such as SQL, Python, or similar programming languages. - Drive low yield analysis and yield improvement activities with both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure continuous improvement programs are implemented to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions. - Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes. - Sustain and continuously improve quality and defect measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments. - Develop and apply automation tools to improve productivity, leveraging programming and artificial intelligence/machine learning techniques.
