- As a Process Integration Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing cutting-edge process technologies that drive Intel's innovation and industry leadership.

- Key Responsibilities: Perform feasibility studies to deliver integrated process solutions aligned with safety, quality, reliability, and output goals.
- Design and conduct experiments to characterize and optimize processes throughout the development cycle.
- Select and develop materials and equipment to meet cost, quality, yield, productivity, and manufacturability goals.
- Partner with product engineering and module teams to address customer-specific requests and challenges.
- Collaborate with material suppliers and technical teams to develop processes that meet technology roadmaps.
- Conduct new product qualification and technology transfers to fabrication operations.
- Utilize semiconductor device physics principles to address dielectric and interconnect reliability challenges.
- Define and implement robust solutions to ensure products meet stringent quality and reliability standards.

Requirements
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with semiconductor reliability mechanisms, including dielectric and interconnect reliability.
- Experience in semiconductor device fabrication, characterization, or integration.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of failure modes, process characterization, or advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., JMP, R, Minitab).
- Experience in experimental design, execution, or statistical interpretation.
- Background in semiconductor device physics, interconnect reliability, or early life failure analysis.
- Experience with VLSI circuit design (analog and digital) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, TCL).
- Familiarity with big data processing techniques to identify patterns and optimize process design.
- Demonstrated skills in model-based problem solving and quality management tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC).
- Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
