• Key Responsibilities: - Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure the precision and quality of production lines. - Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and minimize defects in the manufacturing process. - Recommend and implement process modifications to improve operational efficiencies, quality, and cost performance. - Build high-volume manufacturing capacity to showcase technology capabilities and transfer processes to global manufacturing sites. - Execute equipment maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement activities to meet safety, quality, productivity, and yield goals. - Develop excursion prevention systems and detect discrepant material or activities in equipment and processes. - Manage equipment installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps to ensure on-schedule and safe operations that meet quality standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to drive process development and optimization aligned with high-volume production nodes. - Facilitate the transfer of technology to other manufacturing sites through training, auditing, and ensuring process consistency.
