About This Role
- As a Yield Analysis Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and solving yield and reliability challenges to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
- On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze complex test data, conduct failure analysis, and develop advanced characterization techniques to improve manufacturing processes.

- Key Responsibilities: Conduct yield analysis and failure investigations to identify root causes and recommend solutions to improve manufacturing yields and reliability.
- Analyze end-of-line test data, process parameters, and electrical measurements using statistical tools to extract meaningful insights and perform correlation calculations.
- Develop and implement advanced characterization and analysis techniques to enhance the efficiency and precision of failure analysis efforts.
- Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA) to address complex yield limiters across product development and high-volume manufacturing phases.
- Collaborate across teams to segment issues related to process, test marginalities, and product operation.
- Support process and defect characterization while developing innovative techniques to accelerate failure identification and root cause understanding.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field and 4+ years relevant experience OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field and 2+ years relevant experience OR Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM field.

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $103,730.00-198,820.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
