Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering (EE), electrical and computer engineering (ECE), electrical engineering and computer science (EECS)directly related to Semiconductor field with 3+ years of industry experience in the Semiconductor field, including: Semiconductor materials, fabrication, and device physics Electrical characterization of Semiconductor Devices (transistor, diode, etc.) OR Must possess a Masters degree in electrical engineering (EE), electrical and computer engineering (ECE), electrical engineering and computer science (EECS) or directly related to Semiconductor field with 2+ years of industry experience in the Semiconductor field, including: Electrical characterization of Semiconductor Devices (transistor, diode, etc.) Semiconductor materials, fabrication, and device physics Preferred Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering (EE), electrical and computer engineering (ECE), electrical engineering and computer science (EECS) directly related to Semiconductor field with 6+ months of industry experience or classwork in the Semiconductor field, including: Semiconductor materials, fabrication, and device physics Electrical characterization of Semiconductor Devices (transistor, diode, etc.) Advanced Transistor Device Structures and Device Physics Process monitoring Test structures design and layout experience Device and circuit simulation Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and engineering analysis tools Expertise in database structures, research methods, machine learning, analytics packages (i.e., JMP, MATLAB, Octave), scripting languages (i.e., Python, JSL, Perl, TCL), or programming languages (i.e., SQL, C/C++) For information on Intel’s immigration sponsorship guidelines, please see Intel U.S.

• Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,010.00-228,070.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
