About This Role

- As a Technical Contract Employee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective disposal of factory equipment and assets managements in our books while upholding Intel's safety and quality standards.
- This position requires technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on delivering results within tight schedules.
- By contributing to the disposal and management of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and assets, you will directly contribute with Intel compliance requirements with local and corporate guidelines.
- Key Responsibilities Oversee the safe and compliant technical disposal of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both locally and globally to meet project objectives around accuracy to disposition our assets both physically and at the books level.
- Ensure all processes adhere to Intel's safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related with data and databases mismatches.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree +3 years of experience in: Equipment and process management within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Project management, including planning, execution, and delivery under tight timelines.
- Factory test and Assy processes.
- Factory Asset Management systems and connections between them.
- Advance English level.
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Costa Rica (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
