Module Equipment Technician

• Key Responsibilities: - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in production equipment. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install equipment using blueprints, operating manuals, and technical drawings. - Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on manufacturing tools to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with suppliers for equipment servicing and repairs as needed. - Monitor and analyze equipment-related data to improve tool performance and resolve module-related challenges. - Create detailed reports on system failures and update or develop specifications to enhance equipment maintenance and performance. - Support Module Engineering in executing experiments, data collection, and implementing equipment configuration changes. - Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting and controlled experimentation to enhance module availability and prevent future issues. - Partner with construction and engineering teams during factory ramps to ensure tools are installed or converted as designed.
