• Key Responsibilities: 1.
• Support management and senior leadership in implementing alternate/localize both OEM and Non OEM part's project, process and quality improvements across Intel's Backend supply chain. 2.
• Collaborate with supply chain leads to implement solutions based on supply-demand trends and root cause analysis findings. 3.
• Drive supplier selection processes for new business in partnership with commodity managers and technical quality partners from TD/Factory. 4.
• Perform alternate sourcing risk mitigation for single-sourced commodities. 5.
• Establish control standards, determine KPIs, and monitor performance against targets to address supply chain issues. 6.
• Drive supplier process window validation activities and improvements for quality, reliability, yield, and cost. 7.
• Manage tool's part change control to ensure smooth transitions without technical issues or production interruptions. 8.
• Manage end to end supply chain strategic program e.g.
• EOL mitigation program, supply demand gaps & lead time risk.
