About This Role

- As a GPU Architect, you will develop and drive end-to-end GPU architecture specifications for highly optimized, modular, and scalable solutions.

- Key Responsibilities - Conduct competitive analysis, industry trends research, and standards efforts to identify opportunities and develop feature roadmaps. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate feasibility tradeoffs and explore new architectural approaches for GPU performance, timing, power, and area targets. - Perform behavioral and performance modeling of new GPU features, configurations, and experimental proof-of-concept designs. - Develop testing approaches and preliminary test plans, using advanced statistical methods to analyze results and benchmark improvements. - Review, challenge, and influence cross-functional roadmaps and establish technology targets for future GPU designs. - Partner with pre-silicon and post-silicon teams to debug critical issues, identify root causes, and propose robust solutions. - Engage with architects, design engineers, and research teams to mitigate performance bottlenecks and improve overall GPU design.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - 0-1+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree. - Proficiency in GPU architecture, system architecture, and SoC microarchitecture. - Experience with architecture definition and modeling, hardware/software interaction, and IP architecture. - Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. - Technical expertise in GPU software development and advanced hardware architecture concepts.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI workloads, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal Generative AI systems. - Strong documentation and communication skills for technical collaboration. - Passion for developing innovative solutions and driving technological advancements.
