• Key Responsibilities -Cost and budget management across BE factories -Identify, analyze and recommend key revenue and cost drivers impacting gross margin, operating income, and return on invested capital -Partner across Factory operations and business groups to drive business process efficiency relating to things like Tooling, factory cost pricing, NRE calculations etc. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including advanced data visualization tools and AI.
• Create and manage automated reports using business intelligence tools, delivering meaningful insights into business performance and providing decision support. -Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast while benchmarking key performance indicators with external and internal peers. -Execute financial process improvements by maintaining tools, recommending automation, and streamlining methods for creation and delivery. -Conduct cost/benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis for various scenarios, assessing impacts across different business teams. -Lead or contribute to adhoc financial analysis and special projects.
