About This Role
- The Role and Impact As a Business Project/Program Manager, Run government incentive (R and D super deduction) process to improve structural cost for site in a sustainable manner.
- Establish site business matrix to drive strategic engagement internally and externally (eg.
- Assets mgmt. for site).
- Work with Finance to oversee site compliance and risk management to maintain lowest risk level. you will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's business processes and operational excellence through the management of critical cross-functional programs and projects.

- Key Responsibilities - Manage cross-functional projects and/or programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. - Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, assess dependencies, and apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful execution. - Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, conduct feasibility analyses, and evaluate the impact of projects and programs. - Partner with stakeholders across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources effectively. - Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve project dependencies to maintain momentum and avoid delays. - Communicate project and program statuses, milestones, and risks to leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. - Conduct assessments at project/program closeout to identify lessons learned and provide actionable recommendations for future success. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards throughout the project/program lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience as required by the business needs. - 9 or more years of experience in project and/or program management with a Bachelor's degree, 6 or more years of experience with a Master's degree, or 4 or more years of experience with a PhD. - Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks. - Proven expertise in risk management, stakeholder management, and project/program scheduling. - Strong ability to monitor, evaluate, and communicate project/program progress and outcomes to diverse audiences. - Technical knowledge of regulatory compliance and vendor management processes.
- Preferred Qualifications -Candidate should have Finance working experience; semi-conductor factory working experience is preferred. - Has rich operational knowledge and background about Assy Test Manufacturing. - Experience in assets management and duty-free controls processes and guidelines. - Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to identify and mitigate challenges. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and organizations. - Experience in leadership reporting, disciplined execution, and driving results aligned with organizational values. - Familiarity with Intel's culture, mission, and emphasis on innovation, or experience working in similarly structured organizations.
