About This Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deployment Program Manager focused on Sales Orders and Logistics Coordination to join our team.
- This role is critical in managing sales orders, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and global logistics to ensure smooth hardware demand fulfillment and internal customer satisfaction.
- Please consider that this is a temporary position (1 year).
- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Generate Sales Orders according to the Allocation Plan and update the allocation plan using relevant tools.
- Place purchase orders (POs) for hardware demand and test hardware; follow up on approvals with Suppliers/ODM.
- Generate and track expense reports; ensure suppliers submit invoices correctly in Portal.
- Secure Goods Receipt (GR) and Debit Note (DN) creation and download related reports from SAP.
- Execute customer solutions related to POs, shipments, and logistics as directed by the Department PM Lead.
- Manage hardware replacement processes with customers for rework or replacement (spares parts management).
- Provide shipping instructions to suppliers based on shipment priorities.
- Coordinate global logistics from suppliers to end-users, including customs clearance Track and analyze shipment completion according to shipment plans.
- Define and document process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Receive hardware costs from Suppliers/ODMs and ensure accurate reflection in systems/tools and reports.
- Upload hardware serial numbers in DSD files (IP Track) and update Master Tracking files against Demand IDs for every shipment.
- Attend Department PM Sync meetings and Customer Support Forums (CSF).
- Update SKU costs in the allocation Master file using approved costs by PEM/Operations leads Create and track tickets for hardware re-deployment.
- Execute weekly communications about shipments to customers.
- Communicate with Accounts Payable (GSPO) regarding goods received for manual Pos.
- Create Part Numbers in IP Track through the Model Record Requests process.

Requirements
- are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics Engineering, or Finance Business related. 3+ years of experience in: SAP and procurement/order management systems.
- Purchase order processes and supplier coordination.
- Logistics coordination, including global shipping and customs clearance.
- Interacting, leading, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting and invoice management.
- Shipment data analysis and reports generation.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have unrestricted, permanent right to work in Mexico (this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship).
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Experience in hardware or technology supply chain coordination.
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry.
- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experience and or schoolwork/classes/research.
