• The Role and Impact As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely cash collections from a designated portfolio of customers.
• You will manage reconciliations, address payment disputes, and collaboratively work to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Your contributions will directly impact Intel's financial performance by minimizing delinquencies and driving process improvements.
• Business Group The Finance organization at Intel focuses on delivering financial planning, management, and operational excellence to support Intel's strategic goals.
• Within this group, the East Collections and AR Team is dedicated to managing customer accounts, ensuring adherence to payment terms, and driving cash collection performance.
• The team works closely with internal business units and external partners to foster strong financial discipline and operational efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities • Perform full cycle of Accounts Receivable activities with Intel customers adhering to agreed payment terms.
• Independently manage cash collection for a subset of portfolio. • Timely reconcile AR statement and follow up payment schedule to ensure collection performance meet company's KPI. • Detect and resolve disputes efficiently hence to minimize exposure to large or long past due.
• Partner with counterparts to escalate issues which may cause material delinquencies. • Identify roadblocks and areas of improvements in order to cash process and customer's payment process and take effective actions to streamline process through partnering and influencing. • Build valued partnership with customer's finance, Accounts Payable, procurement team and internal business teams such as Sales, Customer Operations, Logistics etc. • Understand collection indicators, account trends of own portfolio and provide regular update to management.
• Efficiently manage close cycles and reporting activities. • Implement AI or automation solution to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
