- Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI algorithms and software architectures for applications in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Conduct applied research to enhance model accuracy and optimize performance across frameworks and systems.
- Implement, test, and tune machine learning models for scalability and efficiency across hardware and software platforms.
- Collaborate with internal product teams and external partners in creating system-level AI solutions.
- Learn and apply advanced AI concepts through hands-on projects aligned with Intel's business goals.
- Other Key Responsibilites Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with advanced silicon manufacturing processes Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Requirements
- Active student pursuing a PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence with no prior professional experience required.
- Experience or coursework in 2 of the following: Programming languages such as Python.
- Machine learning engineering fundamentals and frameworks.
- AI fundamentals, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
- Mathematical skills applied to AI-related problem-solving.
- Logic design of cells, circuits, and blocks.
- Design and Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO).

- Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,900.00-193,400.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
