Internship – CMOS Technology Development

What You'll Do

• Technology Development Support Monitor development wafers throughout the wafer fabrication process.
• Support the setup and execution of technology development experiments.
• Extract, analyze, and track key inline process parameters.
• Monitor the health and progress of development lots across the fab.
• Coordinate special characterization activities, including: Inline measurements Laboratory analyses Electrical test evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure timely execution of development activities.
• Program Documentation & Digitalization Support the organization and maintenance of technology development documentation.
• Contribute to establishing unified SharePoint structures for program data management.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated technology scorecards and reporting dashboards.
• Support the implementation of AI-assisted reporting and data analysis solutions to improve program efficiency.
• What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Electrical Engineering Physics Microelectronics Semiconductor Technology Data Science or a related technical field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing and technology development.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor processes is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivated, structured, and eager to learn.
