Associate Engineer MFG OPS

What You'll Do

• Support manufacturing operational goals through effective execution of assigned responsibilities.
• Participate in problem-solving, process optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Technicians, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Typically performs one or more of the following in the capacity of an individual contributor, as directed and/or independently.
• Required Qualifications Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a high-volume manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and equipment systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
