Senior ASIC Test Lab Equipment Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Engineering Semiconductor Engineering Related technical disciplines Minimum 5 years of experience supporting semiconductor test equipment or manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following: Teradyne UltraFLEX testers TEL wafer probers Chroma handlers Probe cards, load boards, and sockets Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience performing equipment qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with: Teradyne UltraFLEX IG-XL TEL wafer probers Chroma handlers Experience supporting: ASIC wafer sort Final test Burn-in operations HTOL and ELFR qualification activities Basic scripting and automation skills (Python preferred).
• Experience supporting: ASIC SSD Controller Networking AI Accelerator High-performance computing products Experience working directly with equipment vendors and driving technical issue resolution.
