Lead Software Engineer

Overview

• A T3 Software Engineer operates with a high level of independence and is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software components with moderate to complex scope.
• This role involves owning key modules or features, performing root-cause analysis, and solving ambiguous or non-routine technical problems.
• The engineer collaborates across teams, contributes to architectural discussions, and ensures high-quality implementations through effective debugging, testing, and code reviews.
• In addition, the T3 engineer is expected to guide less experienced engineers, drive continuous improvement in development practices, and apply strong technical judgment to balance performance, scalability, and maintainability considerations.
