Senior Reporting and Project Analyst

What You'll Do

• Job Responsibilities: Core Reporting Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and automate operational and management reports.
• Improve reporting infrastructure and eliminate manual reporting activities through AI adoption where needed .
• Analyse Accounts Receivable (AR) trends, aging, collections performance, DSO, and cash forecast metrics.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting.
• Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Build dashboards and reporting solutions ( AI Solutions where applicable ).
• Analyse collection effectiveness, automation performance, and productivity metrics.
• Perform root-cause analysis on AR issues, disputes, and customer payment behaviour.
• Support business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Project Management Responsibilities Lead reporting and automation projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare executive summaries, project updates, and business cases.
• Support M&A Activities, system implementations, process redesign, and integration initiatives.
• Process Improvement & Automation Identify and automate manual, repetitive processes.
• Support reporting automation initiatives and workflow enhancements.
• Define reporting standards, controls, and governance.
• Work with business and technical teams to improve data quality and system utilization ( High-Radius and SAP Hanna ).
• Document business processes and reporting requirements.
• Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in reporting, business analysis, financial analysis, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience supporting Finance, Credit & Collections, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, or other operational functions.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Strong project ownership mindset & continuous improvement mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Reporting & Analytics Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Macros, Power Query, complex formulas, data modelling).
• Dashboard and KPI development.
• Understanding of KPI design, metrics, and performance measurement.
• Data analysis and trend identification.
• Forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to transform large volumes of operational data into actionable management insights.
• ERP & Business Systems Experience with SAP, Oracle, HighRadius, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting from ERP environments.
