RF System Engineer

About This Role

• Description Join this team focused on developing leading-edge solutions for the current and emerging wireless RF Market.
• Develop innovative RF Front-End module/system for standards such as LTE, 5G NR, WiFi7/8, and 6G shape next-generation product family.
• You will be an integral part of a winning project team designing highly integrated modules, responsible for hardware development and optimization.
• Responsibilities include but not limited to: Design, Coordinate, conduct experiments for RF module/system performance characterization.
• Design, bring up, and trouble-shoot measurement setups.
• Lead module/system debugging, tuning, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings to engineering teams and management teams across functional teams.
• Contribute to development of Advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor process.
• Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Master degree in electrical engineering. 12 years of work experience in wireless RF areas.
• Proficiency in using RF test equipment for the characterization of Low Noise and Power Amplifiers, High Power High Isolation Multi-Throw Switches, various Coexistence and Noise Power Filters and auxiliary circuits.
• Knowledge of PA, RF filter, LNA, and ASW.
• Understanding of and hand-on experiences with Envelope-Tracking system, including PA and supply modulator.
• Understanding of and hand-on experiences with memory and memory-less DPD.
• Understanding of ET/APT behavior, including linearity (AMAM/AMPM distortion), and thermal effects.
• Proficiency in programming languages (i.e., MATLAB, Python, and C#) for data-processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, self-motivated, team environment with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability in documentation.
• Additional Job Description: Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000 This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
