SOI Design Engineer

About This Role

• MSEE and over 7 years experience required, Ph.D. preferred RF IC Design Experience using RF CMOS and SOI process Deep understanding of associated analog and RF circuits Deep understanding of RF device modeling, device physics and cellular wireless communication system Experience with EM simulation such as HFSS, Clarity and EMX Experience with AMS (Analog and Mixed Signal) Verification Layout experience using Cadence flow, including LVS, DRC and xRC.
