What You'll Do
- Architect signal processing solutions for broadband communication systems.
- Understand multi-customer system level requirements and synthesize differentiated digital system architecture, including fixed function accelerators, programmable logic and embedded processors.
- Develop and implement high-speed converter calibration algorithms.
- Perform broadband signal processing and system impairment correction algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design solutions.
- Lead the design and integration of broadband communications subsystems.
- Develop and implement multi-GHz digital communication systems.
- Contribute digitally-assisted high-speed analog design techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE); Master’s degree (MSEE) or PhD preferred. 15+ years of experience in high-speed digital IC design or architecture.
- Proven digital design experience with products containing SERDES, RF CMOS and high-speed data converters.
- Design expertise in FinFET or fine-line planar analog CMOS process technologies and tradeoffs.
- Experience in software-defined CMOS communications or radar system design.
- Proficiency in digitally-assisted high-speed analog design.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Preferred Skills: Strong background in signal processing for broadband communication systems.
- Intimate understanding of RF ADCs/DACs.
- Proven track record in developing high-speed converter calibration algorithms.
- Experience in broadband signal processing and system nonlinearity calibration.
- Ability to perform digital timing recovery effectively. #LI-CC1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

- Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $187,050 to $280,575.

- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
