Senior Engineer, Design Evaluation Engineering

What You'll Do

• Lead product development, evaluation, and qualification activities.
• Develop and execute qualification plans to ensure product reliability, quality, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive product lifecycle ownership, including customer issue resolution, failure analysis, and process improvements.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, yield, quality, and supply chain resiliency through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers while driving engineering best practices.
• Must Have Skills Product Development & Qualification : Strong knowledge of semiconductor, module, and system-level product development and qualification methodologies.
• Reliability : Strong understanding of reliability testing, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.
• Electronic Design : Expert-level capabilities in complex electronic component design Mechanical/Optical Systems : Comprehensive understanding of integrating advanced mechanical and optical systems Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Strong statistical analysis, debugging, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Integrated Circuits : Deep knowledge of IC design principles, testing, and quality improvement Cross-Functional Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate effectively across Design, Test, Reliability, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Product Lifecycle Ownership : Experience supporting products from development through release, sustaining, and end-of-life phases.
