Staff Engineer, Digital Design Engineering

What You'll Do

• Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of mixed-signal IC products.
• Perform block-level and chip-level RTL design and implementation.
• Design digital signal processing blocks based on algorithms and translate system/algorithm requirements into robust digital implementations.
• Define digital architectures in accordance with detailed product specifications.
• Participate in block-level and chip-level verification activities.
• Contribute to block- and system-level digital/mixed-signal testbench development.
• Qualifications & Skills MSEE or Ph.D EE degree with minimum 7+ years’ experience as an digital/mixed signal IC designer Strong hands-on expertise in RTL design, digital architecture, and mixed signal integration.
• Solid understanding of block-level and system-level verification methodologies and flows.
• Familiarity with EDA flows (synthesis, STA, verification) and scripting languages such as Python, Tcl, or Perl.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Some limited travel should be expected.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
