Principal Account Manager, Field Sales

About This Role

• As owner to cover the leading medical accounts in south area. 2.
• Formulate, execute and optimize account strategy for sustainable & profitable growth and achieve revenue growth 3.
• Work closely with FAE to drive demand creation activities, set up strong pipeline.
• Identify the key projects with high growth potential, acquire resources to maximum design-wins. 4.
• Monitor customers’ demand change, coordinate the supply chain to ensure safe and stable delivery to the customers. 5.
• Work closely with FAE, AE, product line and marketing for new product definitions and promotion.
• Job Requirements: 1.
• Location: Shenzhen 2.
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor companies.
• Familiar with industry, medical and consumer application are preferred. 3.
• Strong teamwork capability, Self-Motivation, Result-Oriented and Fast Moving to drive business growth. 4.
• Stress resistance ability to solve critical problems. 5.
• Fluent written & oral English for business. 6.
• Willing to regional travel for customer support.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
