Lead Analyst, Business Planning

What You'll Do

• In this role, you will use knowledge of data analytical techniques to process data sets, find trends/insights, assist in drawing logical conclusions to guide the division leadership team in all aspects of the business.
• Your work will include: Work with our manufacturing and supply chain partners to understand capacity and constraints and analyze potential options to resolve Collaborate with marketing managers and customer team to create product forecasts Review and analyze changes to the product pipeline Collaborate with marketing managers and the business development team to build strategic marketing models to help guide our long-term investments Work with finance, marketing, and sales to forecast near term and long-range revenue Work with the Enterprise Porfolio Program Management Office and the division program managers to review the progress of new products and highlight potential areas for improvement Must Have Skills: 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics Strong technical communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and summarize business goals into metrics and dashboards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau) Cross-functional influence: lead and influence technical approaches across organizational boundaries Problem resolution: resolving complex technical issues that span multiple domains, applying creative solutions to unprecedented challenges Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field Experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment Strong project management skills Why You’ll Love Working at ADI At Analog Devices, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that's shaping the future of technology.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $109,600 to $150,700.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
