NPI Analyst (New Product Workflow)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer/Industrial)/ Business Administration/Management or equivalent. 3-5 years of work experience in process improvement and change management.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills Able to collaborate with colleagues from different cultures Able to work reliably and effectively with minimal supervision Sense of Urgency and Bias for action Possesses proactive mindset , extreme ownership and goes the extra mile to serve internal customers.
• Familiar with process mapping and root cause analysis Prior knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing process would be an advantage. #LI-AS1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
