Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP)

What You'll Do

• Upon completion, participants transition into a permanent TSE or FAE role within the U.S. organization, with placement based on business needs.
• Key Responsibilities • Support customers and partners through evaluation, design, and deployment of NXP solutions • Translate customer requirements into system-level technical solutions • Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to drive design wins • Prepare technical presentations and demos • Lead customer engagements and internal reviews • Develop technical depth while maintaining a system-level perspective Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with 0-2 years of experience • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher • Demonstrated technical aptitude • Strong interest in customer-facing roles • Competitive mindset with a passion to win • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Willingness to relocate within the United States Career Outcomes Graduates of TSAP typically advance into roles such as Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) or Field Applications Engineer (FAE).
