Statutory Accountant - New Career Graduate (NCG)

Overview

• NXP’s 3-year NCG program are open to graduates with not more than 2 years working experience, and the NCG will have the opportunity to participate in three different one-year accounting or finance rotational assignments with a significant focus on career development and growth.
• As the Statutory Accountant, you will: Perform statutory and tax accounting activities which includes statutory reporting, local compliance & external submissions, withholding tax filing, preparation of tax package etc Assist with coordination of SOX and compliance matters Perform monthly or quarterly closing activities including posting of journal entries and Balance sheet reconciliation; Support and implement initiatives for automation, process improvement, and transformation on accounting & statutory Requirements: Min 3.4 CGPA Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, CPA, etc) Fresh graduate or not more than 2 years working experience Well-rounded with good working attitude and strong leadership skills (driven, good critical thinking skills, good communication skills) Adaptable to a MNC day-to-day activities/environment More information about NXP in Malaysia..
