What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and debug low‑level firmware for microcontrollers, SoCs, and custom hardware • Bring up new silicon and support board‑level initialization and diagnostics • Optimize performance, power, and reliability of embedded systems • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and resolve system issues • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in firmware development Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field • 8+ years of experience in embedded/firmware development • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and low‑level debugging • Experience with RTOS, device drivers, and hardware bring‑up More information about NXP in Italy... #LI-6710
