Site IT Infrastructure lead

Overview

• Responsible to provide technical support for ATTJ TP secure environment and other SMIT Infrastructure environment.
• Coordination with vendors, Global teams, local site operations to perform all IT activities related to TP/SMIT infra environment w.r.t change, incident, problem, and request management.
• Accountable as the primary contact for all local manufacturing customer for ATTJ TP infrastructure needs.
• Technical Competency – Provide technical support to SMIT TP environment in the site.
• Manage day to day operations, technical remediations, Project requirements and other user/stake holder requirements.
• Knowledgeable in Compute server, Virtualization, SAN Storage and Network configuration.
• U nderstand the critical manufacturing applications usage of Manufacturing IT infrastructure.
• Audit requirement – Provide all necessary support for different audit requirements in ATTJ site.
• Provide all required details, documentation, approvals, coordination etc and act as a single point of contact for all audit requirements related to TP/SMIT IT infrastructure environments.
• Consulting - Provide technical knowledge to Site stake holders and support in operations and/or during project implementation in terms of technical infrastructure and planning.
• Involving in RCA management and 3x5Why the technical analysis and solution preparation.
• Bridge the gaps between different team such as Connectivity, Workplace, Application and Business User.
• Collaborate with Global TP support team to fulfill technical requirements.
• Design and Development - Taking initiative in Manufacturing IT infrastructure solutions and ensure that the new solution can be integrated from existing solution.
• Create document for the current architecture state and ensure that the future state of Manufacturing IT architecture will comply with the standard with IT architectures including cyber security compliance.
• Project and Cross functional - participate in MSAB, ISAB, PRB and various ART team.
• Participate in Global and Local CAB processes, as necessary.
• Facilitate project and deployment for local and global projects (between vendor and business or between project organization and business).
• IT Security – coordinate in operational IT security cases with global teams when required.
• Continuous work with Cyber security team on regular IT Security tasks and security hardening on infrastructure.
• Quality and continuous improvement – Ensure vendors perform and execute according to site requirements and NXP IT procedures for Audits, Four Eyes principle monitoring and other relevant topics, including 8D/3x5Why process.
