NPI & Technology Leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred. 15+ years of progressive experience in research, technology development, product development, or semiconductor engineering, including leadership experience managing technical teams and complex programs.
• Demonstrated success leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through development, qualification, and production release.
• Deep technical expertise in process technology, package technology, product development, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proven experience developing and executing technology roadmaps, IP strategies, and long-term innovation plans that support business and product objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple complex initiatives, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and highly matrixed organization.
