Service Engineer

What You'll Do

• Service Operations Expert: Sample flashing via robot arm handler incl. operations and maintenance • Development, sustaining & failure analyses of SW/HW for automated Sample Line (robot) incl.
• SW development in C#, Python • Sample Device Programming: Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products. • Automation & Scripting: Develop strategies, processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates. • Clarify Service Requests: Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests. • Handling Sensitive Data: Perform tasks that involve secure processing of confidential data. • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure. • Security & Compliance: Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards. • User Onboarding & Management: Arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications and managing their permissions and roles. • Collaboration: Work with international colleagues from different departments and cultures. • Documentation: Document processes and monitor compliance with procedures Job Qualification: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technical Information, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• More than 3 years' working experience in programing skills. • Programming Skills: Advanced knowledge of programming and debugging in C# or C++, Python • IT Tools: Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office, SVN/Git). • Quality Mindset: Basic understanding of quality improvement & SW/HW test methods. • Operations: Willingness to take operational tasks • Security Awareness: Basic knowledge of information security and cryptography is a plus. • Bonus: how to use Microscope, Multimeter, Caliper, knowledge in 3D CAD modeling • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and teamwork abilities, proactive, problem solving, independent and reliable work style, willingness to learn and adapt quickly #LI-DNI
