Probe Process Engineer

Overview

• New member to leads NPI/NPT activities and coordinates qualification tasks across different teams.
• To lead for Wafer Map and Data application To introduce / transfer new products into ATKL WT e.g.
• 16FF, C55 on UP1600, PS1600, Iflex, Uflex Plus platform.
• Able to plan, execute and deliver within given timeline.
• Able to resolve technical issues and challenges related to product / test / hardware design.
• Stabilize yield and re-probe rate of newly introduced / transfer products to meet BU & factory financial goals.
• Able to work on AI project for product/test improvement.
• Requirements:- Degree or Masters in Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics a must.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product & test engineering / manufacturing role.
• Must possess good knowledge on product yield, cost improvement and experience on NPI start-up / transfer.
• Experience with UNIX, Perl, C/C++, JMP is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
