OSAT FACTORY PLANNER

What You'll Do

• balancing supply and demand, monitoring capacity utilization and cycle time performance, managing subcontractor logistics and material flows, driving issue resolution, supporting billing and cost control activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• The position requires close collaboration with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams to mitigate supply risks and ensure operational excellence.
• As a senior level professional, the Factory Planner is expected to work independently, manage complex planning scenarios, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive strategic improvements in factory planning, capacity management, and supply chain execution.
