Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related technical field. 1–3 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, or semiconductor operations.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements and strong leadership potential may also be considered.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product qualification flow, and production lifecycle is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, stage-gate processes, or NPI governance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills for management and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
